Lost or damaged in transit

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, all losses are borne by the seller as stated.

Address changes
  • Items are shipped to the buyer’s address provided at checkout.

  • Items not received due to an invalid address are not covered by the full refund/repayment policy as stated.
