Return conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed, or altered.
How to start a return or exchange

We will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping costs
- In standard cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If there is a store error (defective item or wrong item shipped), we can ship new items or cover delivery fees as stated.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for returned items that comply with our return policies.
- We aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part.
Quality issues after delivery
